Any past, present or future access, use, copying, reproduction, extraction, distribution or exploitation of any of the works or content (or any portion thereOf) owned or controlled by Verdict Music LLC including sound recordings, audiovisual recording, composition, lyrics, artwork, images, data, metadata, etc., for the purpose of text and data mining, Artificial Intelligence Training, development and/or commercialization of AI (artificial intelligence) systems, tools, technology, web scraping, mining, altering, making extractions, preparing or attempting to prepare derivative works or similar purposes and by any other means is expressly prohibited except as specifically and expressly licensed by Verdict Music LLC with prior consent in the form of a written license.

The use of any artist’s name, image, likeness and voice also requires Specific permission and any use of the same is expressly prohibited. Our reservation applies to all content owned, controlled or managed by verdict music llc, now or in the future, including where this public content may be identified through any publicly available means.
